Description

The Senator Hotels & Resorts card that you are giving away can be exchanged at any of our hotels and flats by calling (+34) 950 335 335 335 or by sending an e-mail to reservas@senatorhr.com, indicating the code that will be sent in the e-mail.

At the time of booking, the amount of the stay will be deducted from the card. If the amount of the stay exceeds the balance on the card, the difference must be paid. If, on the other hand, the price of the services is below the value of the gift card, a new ticket will be issued with the remaining amount to be redeemed for stays at Senator Hotels & Resorts.

The time to redeem the gift card is 3 years.
